Day 11
Today's Daily Teaching is about relaxing. It states that you should relax in order to become more in harmony with the law of attraction and the Universe. I know that this is very true for myself because I am a teacher. However, I also know that I need to at times relax more. It suggests to, "sit down comfortably. Notice how you are feeling, and now relax your entire body." This is something I will try to so when I feel I am stressed. What I currently do is taking deep breathes in and out. But, sitting down comfortably and really just getting in tune with myself with help me get more align with the law of attraction. Which, will then help me to live the best life possible. So, I'm off to relax and get more in tuned with positive harmony!

Relaxation, especially meditation, is very important to our well being.
ReplyDeleteTo relax/meditate, sit with legs crossed (as best you can) and breath. Be sure that your stomach is extending with each breathe in.
