Today is Day 7 and I had an Aha moment! I was watching the Oprah show and it was about fashion at any age. This year I will now be put into a different age group - the thirty age group! Just then I realized truly that I am going to be 30 years old! Yes, I am trying to become a better person this year and at the same time try to enlighten people as I do it, but I am grown up! I'm such a grown up that even my fashion needs to change at 30!
Well, what do you know, as I turn to today's daily teaching it is: "Happiness depends upon ourselves." - Aristotle
Happiness does come from within and it doesn't matter what age you are. We have the choice to live our lives to the fullest or we could be stuck in one place. Today, I decide to live and live as much as I could because life has so much to offer. I know that I am happy and that is all that matters. Age doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things! I have a great family, friends, dog, and job. I am a happy person and I look forward to becoming 30 because it just means I have grown wiser and have become the person I want to be! So, I open my arms to the abundance that this year has to offer!

I agree with Aristotle, happiness does come from within. It takes a great deal of work to make it happen though.

Your beliefs become your thoughts
Your thoughts become your words
Your words become your actions
Your actions become your habits
Your habits become your values
Your values become your destiny
So, in effect, your beliefs will become your destiny - monitor those thoughts!
